Chenzhou Jinxin Real Estate Co., Ltd. is building the third phase of Wuling Xintiandi project “Jinma Times Center”. The project, with a total investment of nearly 2.1 billion yuan, has the construction land of about 18,000 square meters, with its total construction area of about 310,000 square meters. It is planned to be completed and put into use in 2025 (the underground garage is planned to be partially put into use in early 2023, and the podium building is planned to be put into operation in 2024).

 

 

Jinma Enterprise has invested billions of yuan to build the Jinma Times Center with a brand-new concept. At present, the project has been on the list of Chenzhou landmark buildings and major projects. It will be built into a characteristic city comprehensive center with business offices, five-star hotel, fashion business, entertainment and catering and high-end luxury homes together. The center will certainly contribute to Chenzhou’s development.
